Return Conditions:
- Factory Defect: Defective products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
- Return by Personal Request: Products can be returned within 14 days if they are unused, in their original packaging, with complete accessories, and accompanied by all documents.

- Bring the product to the Techtronics store.
- The product will undergo a technical inspection. If the defect is confirmed, repair or replacement will be provided.
Exchange and Refund:
- Technical Inspection: The product is inspected on-site. If a defect is confirmed, it will be replaced or refunded.
- No Additional Charges: No additional fee is required for returned products.
Service Refunds:
Services can be refunded when the product is exchanged or returned (with certain exceptions).
